Responsible Autonomy & Robotics
ARC Collaborates with the Saint Anselm Center for Ethics in Society to Tackle Ethical Challenges in Autonomy, AI, and Robotics
In partnership with the Saint Anselm Center for Ethics in Society, ARC empowers students to confront and thoughtfully engage with the ethical dimensions of autonomy, AI, and robotics. Throughout the competition, participants are presented with carefully crafted vignettes that explore real-world ethical dilemmas. During the presentation phase, students are challenged to analyze and articulate their responses, demonstrating their ability to navigate the complex moral landscape of emerging technologies.
“As students learn to develop and our society increasingly adopts autonomous systems, we must ensure that our approach, from the inception, is founded on an ethical framework” -Tucker Hamilton, STEM-ED, CEO
Seminars will be held throughout the school year discussing an ethical approach to autonomy, robotics, and artificial intelligence
